All products sold by CozyClipart are digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered instantly and can be copied, orders are generally non-refundable once purchase is completed.

2. When We May Approve a Refund

We may issue a refund or replacement in limited situations, such as:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • The file is corrupted or incomplete, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
  • You purchased the same product twice by mistake within a short timeframe.
  • The delivered files materially differ from the product description.

3. Cases Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are normally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Not reading product details, file formats, or license terms before buying.
  • Incompatibility with your software, hardware, or workflow not stated as supported.
  • Accidental purchases where files have already been downloaded or accessed.
  • Requests made long after purchase without a verifiable delivery issue.

Before requesting a refund, please contact us for troubleshooting. We can often resolve issues by sending an updated link, replacement file, or usage guidance.

5. How to Request Help

Email contact@cozyclipart.com with:

  • Your order email and order reference.
  • The product name.
  • A clear description of the problem and, if possible, screenshots.

We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.

6. Chargebacks

If you file a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first, your account and download access may be restricted while the case is reviewed.
