License Agreement

1. Scope of This License

This agreement applies to all digital files sold by CozyClipart, including clipart sets, bundles, and related design assets. By purchasing or downloading our files, you agree to this license.

2. License Type

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased files for personal and commercial end products, subject to the restrictions below.

Ownership of the original files and intellectual property remains with CozyClipart.

3. What You Can Do

• Use assets in your own personal projects.
• Create finished commercial products for clients or your shop.
• Edit, recolor, resize, and combine elements in your final designs.
• Use assets in branding, invitations, social graphics, printables, and similar end products.

4. What You Cannot Do

• Resell, share, gift, sublicense, or redistribute original files in any format.
• Upload source files to stock sites, free resource sites, or file-sharing services.
• Sell files as-is or as lightly modified "new" digital assets.
• Include source files in templates where end users can extract the assets.
• Claim the files, illustrations, or motifs as your own original artwork.

5. End Product Requirement

Your commercial use must result in a new end product with your own creative input. The original files cannot be the primary standalone value being sold.

6. Print-on-Demand and Marketplace Use

Print-on-demand and marketplace sales are allowed only for flattened, finished designs where buyers cannot access or extract source artwork files.

If your workflow allows customers to edit templates directly, you must ensure files are embedded and not provided as downloadable source assets.

7. AI and Data Training Restriction

You may not use our files to train, fine-tune, or validate machine learning or generative AI models, and you may not use our assets to build competing clipart/data libraries.

8. Trademark and Copyright Restrictions

You may not register purchased assets, whether modified or unmodified, as trademarks, design patents, or exclusive copyrights. Exclusive rights to base artwork are not transferred.

9. License Violations

If this license is breached, your rights to use the files terminate automatically. We reserve the right to suspend account access and pursue legal remedies where applicable.

10. No Warranty

Files are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with every software version, plugin, or device environment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CozyClipart is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the files or site.
